Shipping Updates

**Update as of 3/20/20: Due to regulations surrounding COVID-19 and statements from our carriers, shipping will be delayed 5 to 8 business days**

 

The Shipping policy and rates for ButtaLuvv Body Butters differ, at this time we are only shipping domestically. The information for the United States are as follows.

**All US packages are shipped through USPS and are typically received 3-5 business days after processing. **

Processing times can differ for each item. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Please allow 5-8 business days for processing from the time of purchase. All orders purchased after 3:00 EST are noted as the following business day.  

(Extended time frames may apply during sale events—Flash Sales, Black Friday and Anniversary Sale events)

Contact us if overnight shipping is available on eligible items at an additional cost.

APO/FPO & PO BOXES:

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs addresses will ship with the same shipping rates/time frames outlined above. Shipping time frames may take longer due to location . Please follow the tracking closely to determine when items will be at your doorstep.

** Business Days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders will not ship on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.**

CANCELLATION POLICY:


Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping Team will be working swiftly to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change addresses, price adjustments add sale codes or cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please ensure all order details are verified prior to selecting the submission button. 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

All shipping return items are at the consumers expense. 

 

RE-SHIPMENT POLICY:

Replacements of missing items will need to be reported (info@ButtaLuvvBodybutters.com) within 7 days of delivery. This items will be processed within 5 business days from the date we receive your request. Please list your order #, item (photos) and packer listed on the invoice. We will ONLY reship to the shipping address on file. If you desire a refund for missing item, we will only supply a store credit in the amount minus any discounts used during sale events. If customer service decides to refund a monetary amount. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. 

 Damaged Items/Packages

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show signs of wear, however, if damage occurred or a note was left by the carrier indicating damage that happened in transit to the items in your shipment, please contact shipping carrier and ButtaLuvv Body Butters at Info@ButtaLuvvBodybutters.com .

Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in submitting this claim.

Shipping carrier will require pictures and your original receipt/invoice from our web-site.
